2016 BMW 3 Series Ready to Make its Debut on May 7

May 7 is the day when BMW is going to reveal 3 Series LCI in an event in Munich, Germany

BMW 3 Series is quite popular among motorists all over the globe, this legendary car is getting a face-lift and will be revealed to the press on May 7. It is expected that this face-lift will include a tweaked kidney grille, optional LED headlamps powerful but downsized engines and revised front fascia. The front and rear bumpers are also expected to get a refresh. Other cosmetic revisions are believed to be LED strips for the tailgate and new patterns for the alloy wheels. What good are these changes if the iDrive system is left untouched? Yes, there will be an updated iDrive system and a great deal of trim options. After all these updates, it would not be fair if the engines are not updated. According to BMW the petrol and diesel engines will be getting minor updates just to make sure of the lower emissions and higher fuel efficiency. Rumors are that the base variant may be powered by a 1.5-litre three cylinder BMW engine. The production of the Face-lifted 3 Series is expected to start in August in Europe.
