New Interpretations of 2016 BMW X1

The second generation of X1, the popular SUV from BMW is due to make its debut in a few weeks. What are the changes?

BMW is one of the most admired auto manufacturers from Germany, whose vehicles are loved all over the world. In recent years BMW introduced the X1 which stole numerous hearts. What BMW has planned for this year has been clearly depicted in the spy shots of 2016 BMW X1, all set to make its debut within a couple of weeks.   Dubbed as F48 X1, this new SUV has a rounded nose just like the 2 Series Active Tourer and puts an end to the long flat hood seen in the previous models. Thanks to the wider kidney grille, the front fascia now seems more aggressive giving the nicely sculpted hood a better look.   Air Breathers on the side of the car, now an acclaimed part of BMW’s DNA, looks fabulous. A 3D look has been projected through deep character line which runs across the entire car.   New strikingly beautiful and stretched headlamps with BMW’s traditional eyebrow are encompassed by the larger kidney grille. For an increased sporty look, chrome inserts are included in some models while standard models feature large air intakes in the front bumper. Now with LED strips, the L-shaped tail-lamps of this new 2016 BMW X1 are the attraction.   BMW’s first front-wheel drive platform is being used in the new F48 X1, which enables the driver to switch between all-wheel drive and front wheel drive options. This new long-wheelbase, seven seater SUV will be offered in the Chinese market for now. The well-proportioned and more attractive design lines give BMW X1 more space.
